Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement advanced process control strategies for chemical manufacturing equipment.

This role is crucial for ensuring the precise and efficient operation of our automated chemical processing units. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced control systems to optimize production, enhance safety, and ensure consistent product quality. The position requires a deep understanding of control theory, instrumentation, and industrial automation technologies. You will work closely with process engineers and operators to troubleshoot control issues and implement improvements. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Solid understanding of control theory, PID control, and advanced process control (APC) techniques.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Knowledge of instrumentation principles and calibration procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control narratives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
