Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple children.
• Strong understanding of child development for ages 4-9.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging activities.
• Proficiency in homework assistance.
• Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive daily care for three children aged 4, 7, and 9.
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities, including educational games, creative projects, and outdoor play.

• Assist children with homework and ensure they complete their assignments.
• Manage school pick-ups and drop-offs, and coordinate extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily events.
• Ensure children adhere to routines, including bedtime schedules.
• Occasional light housekeeping duties directly related to the children's needs.
• Act as a positive role model and companion.
