Job summary

Matric
Valid Driver's License
PSIRA Registered Grade B
Valid Firearm Competency (Handgun for business purposes)
3–5 years Management experience in the Security Industry

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously revise a pro-active training strategy for the area (patrols, stand off points, joint operations).
Build working relationships with SAPS, CPF, sector members and station commanders.
Attend SAPS, crime and CPF meetings with Branch Management.
Record and analyse crime trends; lead proactive internal and joint operations.
Equip officers with skills to identify and address crime before it happens to reduce incidents and grow client base.
Assist in managing daily, weekly and monthly compliance and operational duties (response targets, reports, SOPs).
Co-ordinate admin, HR management tasks, and performance evaluations; manage payroll and budgets.
Maintain PSIRA registrations, firearms logistics, and fleet requirements.
