The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial management, preferably in financial services, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in financial management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Relevant financial qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly flash reports by analysing trends and cost drivers to forecast financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing flash results against budgets and previous periods.
• Provide financial commentary and interpret results for stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, ad hoc and financial reports from multiple sources.
• Forecast annual staff costs and monitor headcount through staff run-rate reporting.
