Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales:
- Contacting potential clients and setting up initial meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promoting and selling financial products to meet negotiated sales targets.
- Build and maintain client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Design product functionality with reference to available solutions as per Carrick’s product and investment guide.
- Client Servicing:
- Contact clients on a quarterly basis to determine any changes in their financial circumstances and provide feedback on current portfolio status.
- Ensure exceptional client servicing by understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Review and respond to clients' changing needs and financial circumstances.
- Contact clients with updates on new financial products or changes to legislation affecting their savings and investments.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure effective plans and identify necessary updates.
- Financial Planning:
- Provide unbiased and professional advice in the best interest of clients.
- Analyze financial information to recommend strategies and solutions to help clients meet their financial goals.
- Produce financial reports and offer expert financial advice, retirement and estate planning, and tax planning.
- Research and investigate investment opportunities fitting into financial plans.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of investment, risk, retirement, and estate planning alternatives.
- Risk Management:
- Complete client risk analyses and act within regulatory requirements.
- General:
- Attend product provider meetings to keep updated with financial products and legislation.
- Honor all meetings and engagements.
- Continue professional development in Financial Services with accredited institutions.
