Job summary

A leading auditing firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level Manager based in Worcester, Western Cape. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, while ensuring effective team performance and compliance with internal procedures. The candidate must be CA (SA) or SAIPA qualified with at least 4 years of relevant experience in the field. Fluency in English and Afrikaans, along with strong administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA (SA) or SAIPA qualified as a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the Private Company and Family business environment.
• Thorough understanding of auditing, reviews, accounting, IFRS and VAT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients.
• Review work of staff.
• Interact with clients and staff.
• Conduct tax planning and calculations.
• Plan work and staff allocations.
• Coach and train staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals of staff.
• Prepare proposals for new work.
• Comply with internal risk management procedures.
• Invoice clients for work done.
• Collect outstanding debtors.
• Perform other administrative functions.
