Qualifications

• Must have FSCA recognised qualification.
• Must hold a minimum NQF Level 7 degree.
• RE5 certification or equivalent regulatory exam.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify secured lending application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and organize required financial documents from clients including tax returns, financial statements, and asset verification.
• Assist in preparation of credit applications with the Lending Specialists.
• Track application status and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Serve as primary contact for lending inquiries and coordinate with relationship teams.
• Assist in monitoring existing loan portfolios and track covenant compliance.
• Prepare regular portfolio status reports and assist in loan reviews and renewals.
• Schedule and coordinate loan committee meetings and prepare materials.
