FNB Namibia is seeking a Banking Advisor to support the Private Banking & Advisory Team. You will help manage a portfolio of affluent clients alongside Private Bankers, analysing client needs, sourcing opportunities, and delivering proactive banking solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, lead generation, and compliant service delivery, with a focus on growing the client base and achieving financial targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• RE5 certificate with a degree NQF7 in Finance or Accounting
• 2–3 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment
• Must not be unrehabilitated insolvent

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of affluent clients with Private Bankers
• Identify opportunities to grow the client base and cross-sell banking products
• Maintain an active leads pipeline and provide timely reporting to stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality service and recommendations based on client needs and market trends
