Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through analysis, research and service fulfilment.
• Deliver exceptional and high-quality advice that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives.
• Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer accounts.
• Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timely planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information.
• Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.
• Support sales through analysis of client portfolio and pro-active client engagement.
