Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited, within the Private Banking and Advisory Team, seeks a professional to support proactive management of affluent client portfolios. You will partner with Private Bankers to deliver insightful analysis, conduct research, and ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities, focusing on onboarding new clients and expanding relationships.

Ideal candidates hold an NQF7 degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, RE5, and 2–3 years in a banking or financial sales/service

Qualifications

Relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
Completed RE5 qualification.
Have 2 - 3 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a banking / financial environment.

Responsibilities

Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer and client needs, current information, and trends.
Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all relevant information.
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
Ensure effective management of the leads pipeline.
Support sales through analysis of client portfolio and pro-active client engagement.
Assist with profit growth for the business through sales and acquisition of new clients.
Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers.
