Responsibilities

• Manage workflows: set up a workflow that tracks requests to delivery, maintaining quality and turnaround times.
• Equipment maintenance: monitor digital equipment, perform troubleshooting and coordinate repairs.
• Inventory and procurement: track stocks and order as necessary.
• Team management: supervise staff and assist with hiring & training.
• Safety and compliance: ensure shop floor safety protocols and clean workplace standards.
• Manage key clients: handle end-to-end printing requirements for major clients.

The Print Shop Manager will oversee the daily production, staff, and operations of the print shop, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Core Focus will be to manage the print workflow, equipment upkeep, team supervision and client relations.

Primarily reporting to the owner.
