Job summary

Performability Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Print Retail Assistant to greet walk‑in customers and take printing orders. The role involves setting up printers for on‑demand work and coordinating with graphic designers for complex jobs while communicating with customers.

You will also handle POS sales and payments, working in a fast-paced retail print environment on the North Coast. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Fully computer literate with ability to operate standard software packages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.
• Capable of multitasking across multiple orders and customers.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with their printing needs.
• Receive printing orders from customers and ensure accuracy.
• Set up printers and produce on-demand/immediate print work.
• Liaise with graphic designers and departments on complex jobs and communicate with customers.
• Ring up orders using POS and handle payment devices/gateways.

An established Print &Signage company (on the North Coast)is looking for a Print Retail Assistant to-

• Greet walk in customers
• Receive printing orders from customers
• Set up printer and print on-demand/ immediate print work
• Liaise with graphic designers and various department heads in regards to more complicated print jobs and communicate to customer
• Ring up orders ie operator POS and payment devices and gateways

REQUIREMENTS

• Fully computer literate
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enjoy being busy and working at a steady, rapid pace
• Have a proven track record of your ability to work on multiple projects and/ or deal with multiple customers at once
• Must be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

* Corel Draw and Print industry experience is an advantage.

Retail Hours

Working hours are: Monday- Friday: 9-6 shift

Saturday: 9-5 shift

Sunday: 9-4 shift
