Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, or a related discipline.

• Strong publication record in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex research projects from inception through to preclinical evaluation.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Genetics, or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 8-10 years of post-doctoral experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or a leading academic research institution.


• Demonstrated expertise in a relevant area of biotechnology (e.g., protein engineering, cell therapy, gene editing, immunology, oncology).


• Proven track record of successfully leading research projects and achieving key milestones.


• Strong publication record in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.


• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.


• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.


• Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
