Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a senior operational leadership role.
• Proven expertise in supply chain management, lean methodologies, process re-engineering, and/or Six Sigma.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex operational improvement projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in the South African industrial landscape is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, primarily within KwaZulu-Natal.
