Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial systems engineering with logistics/warehousing exposure.
• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with simulation software and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

This critical role involves the design, implementation, and optimization of complex industrial systems and processes that are fundamental to the efficient functioning of our extensive distribution network. You will be responsible for leading major engineering projects, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across our facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of advanced industrial systems and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in industrial systems engineering, with a strong emphasis on logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, large-scale engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Expertise in simulation software (e.g., ExtendSim, AutoMod) and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics, and material handling systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic engineering plans.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Proficiency in CAD software and system integration principles.
