Job summary

The Talent Room seeks an inspirational leader to become Principal overseeing Pre- and Primary School, guiding academic and cultural direction from Early Years through Primary. You will lead a strong team, build unity across phases, and foster collaboration in a faith-informed community.

• Must have a recognised educational qualification and be registered with the relevant professional body.
• Substantial leadership experience in a school environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing complex organisational structures.
• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Record of school improvement and innovation.
• A Christian whose faith is evident in word, character and leadership.
• Love for children and young people at every development stage.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, communication and relational leadership.
• Experience with Cambridge Curriculum advantageous.
