You will drive business development, attract and place high‑calibre professionals from analysts to C‑suite, and mentor junior consultants while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with Financial Services specialization.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing high‑value client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and operations.
• Exceptional candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication capabilities.
• Experience in a hybrid work model balancing remote autonomy with office collaboration.
• Proactive, results‑oriented leadership potential.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex executive search mandates within the financial services sector.
