Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in power system engineering, with a proven track record in grid integration of renewable energy.
• Deep expertise in power system analysis tools (e.g., PSS/E, PSCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
• Comprehensive knowledge of national and international grid codes and interconnection standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects and leading engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, FACTS devices, and energy storage systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
