• Oversee process hazard analyses (PHAs) and ensure the implementation of robust safety protocols for polymerization units.
• Develop and maintain advanced process models and simulations to enhance understanding and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical consultant to R&D, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in polymer science and engineering globally, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues related to polymerization processes and equipment.
