• Over 10 years of intensive experience in the chemical industry, with a significant focus on polymerization processes.
• Deep understanding of polymerization mechanisms (e.g., free radical, ionic, condensation) and reactor types (e.g., batch, CSTR, PFR).
• Proficiency with process simulation software and advanced statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and mentor technical staff.
