Competenze

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 8–10 years of postdoc/research experience in biotech or drug discovery.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong publication record in high-impact journals.
• Experience securing research funding is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
