Job summary

Standard Bank Group in South Africa seeks a Relationship Manager in Prestige Banking to acquire, service and expand a high-net-worth client portfolio. You will deepen partnerships across lending, transactional and digital channels while coordinating with specialist teams for wealth and fiduciary opportunities.

Required are a relevant degree or FAIS-recognised qualification, 2 years in banking (FAIS a plus) and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or FAIS-recognised qualification in banking or finance.
Valid driver’s licence and mobility to travel to client sites.
2 years banking experience with FAIS exposure in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned Prestige client portfolio through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
Deepen client relationships across transactional, lending, digital and rewards solutions.
Identify wealth, investment and estate planning opportunities and refer to specialists.
Conduct structured client reviews to align financial goals with banking solutions.
Process client service requests across digital, voice and branch channels with speed and accuracy.
Uphold AML, KYC and regulatory requirements on time.
