Job summary

Zenzero Solutions Ltd is seeking a technically proficient Presales Architect to join our growing Presales team. You will shape solution designs, craft proposals, and provide delivery estimates as a trusted technical adviser throughout the sales cycle.

Working with Account Managers, Head of Presales, and delivery teams, you will ensure high-quality architectures, maintain standardised libraries, and help standardise presales capability as the company scales worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or similar technical consulting role within an IT MSP or related environment.
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and workplace technologies.
• Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple presales opportunities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for presales engagements, supporting customers and internal stakeholders with guidance.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored technology solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, and delivery estimates.
• Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation including overviews, plans, and diagrams.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with best practices, security standards, and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain standardised solution libraries, templates, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to sales and account management teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically proficient and commercially aware Presales Architect to join our growing Presales team. This role is central to helping customers solve complex business and technology challenges through well-designed, practical solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, the Head of Presales, and delivery teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will shape solution designs, create compelling technical proposals, and provide accurate delivery estimates that enable customers to make informed decisions. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical point of contact for key customers, consistently producing high-quality solution designs, and helping to standardise and improve our presales capability as Zenzero continues to grow.

Job requirements

Essential

• Experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or similar technical consulting role within an IT MSP or related environment.
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and workplace technologies.
• Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent presales opportunities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong documentation and solution design capabilities.

Desirable

• Experience designing and estimating Microsoft Purview-based solutions.
• Experience designing networking solutions including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, ZTNA, and SASE.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, AZ-140, or equivalent.
• Fortinet certifications.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, PSA tools, RMM platforms, and standardised solution frameworks.
