Responsibilities

• Conduct loose case and layer picking per written instructions.
• Pack items securely with correct labeling and materials.
• Maximise pallet stability during picking and transit.
• Count and verify picked items for accurate orders.
• Flag out-of-stock or short-picked items during picking.
• Use warehouse equipment to locate products efficiently.
• Coordinate with inventory control to maintain records.
• Keep work area clean and organized to prevent errors.
• Report product or packaging issues to the right person.
• Attend training to improve picking skills and SOPs.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Support a safe, compliant work environment.
• Operate within safety standards.
• Support team goals and contribute to targets.
