ALS in Johannesburg is seeking a sampler to prepare samples from various commodities. The role requires performing sampling and inspection activities, packing, labeling, sealing, weighing, and documentation under supervision.

The candidate must have Matric and at least 2 years of sampling experience, with excellent English communication and the ability to work overtime when required. A reliable, detail-oriented approach and compliance with safety rules are essential.

Formación

• Matric and 2 years’ sampling experience are required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
• Ability to work overtime and under pressure when needed.
• Reliable with good interpersonal and planning skills.
• Must understand and operate sampling equipment and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sampling and inspection activities and prepare samples per procedures or as directed.
• Record information and provide photographic evidence of activities.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and health and safety rules.
• Attend sampling at the allocated shift and collect samples as specified.
• Store samples properly to prevent contamination; wear protective clothing.
