Job summary

ALS in Johannesburg is seeking a Sample Preparation Operator to carry out sampling and preparation of various commodities under the guidance of the site supervisor. You will record details, handle samples with care, and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of sampling experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work overtime and under pressure while maintaining accuracy and reliability across

Qualifications

• Matric – National Senior Certificate (Higher Certificate) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant Sampling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sampling and inspection activities as directed by the site supervisor.
• Record necessary information and provide photographic evidence when required.
• Ensure samples are stored properly to prevent contamination and follow SOPs.
• Adhere to ALS Health and Safety standards and ISO quality requirements.
