Job summary

Aeciminingchemicals in South Africa seeks a manufacturing associate to perform kit preparation and verification, perform quality checks on raw materials and assembled products, and assist with creating and following operating instructions. You will assemble sub-assemblies, inspect units, label and package items, and ensure production plans are met while upholding safety standards.

The role requires Matric/Grade 12 and 3-5 years in manufacturing; soldering experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Soldering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Kit preparation and verification.
• Quality control of raw materials.
• Contributing to the development of operating instructions.
• Retrieval and adherence to latest operating instructions.
• Fault finding and rework of malfunctioning control equipment.
• Assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Inspection, Verification, and Testing of sub-assemblies and finished units.
• Labelling and packaging of products.
• Control stock movements of raw material and finished product.
• Adherence to production plan to achieve required output.
• Documenting failures and corrective actions and reporting to supervisor.
• Contributing to cycle counts.
• Maintaining safety check lists related to the Factory safety program.
