Job Title

Key Responsibilities

• Device Assembly & Build Support
• Perform accurate soldering
• Testing & Fault Diagnosis
• Conduct functional and performance tests on all outgoing and returned units.
• Identify faults, troubleshoot failures, and perform necessary repairs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of build processes, test results, and unit modifications.
• Draft detailed reports for returned units to support client communications.
• Admin & Workflow Assistance: Support the Head Technician with production planning, tracking, and inventory updates.
• Help implement improvements to technical workflows and internal systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, engineering and assembly staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and assist with R&D activities where relevant.

Qualifications & Experience
