Job summary

Persona Staff in Cape Town seeks a detail-oriented Mechanical Drafter to produce accurate 3D drawings and convert them into detailed manufacturing drawings. You will assist with quality control and take ownership of projects to ensure timely delivery.

Work closely with management to learn industry-specific processes and standards, thriving in a small, high-pressure team environment while ensuring designs are manufactured correctly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Mechanical Engineering Diploma.
• Familiarity with CAD workflows and AutoCAD.
• Energetic, responsible, and take pride in your work.
• Non-smokers with a valid driver's license and own transport.
• Ability to handle a high-pressure environment with frequent disturbances.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D drawings and convert them to detailed manufacturing drawings.
