We are seeking a leader to spearhead our Property Risk Consulting (PRC) division, to drive the growth and strategy of this practice in the Africa Risk Consulting business. This role demands a dynamic, visionary leader who can elevate client experience to unparalleled levels, transform team culture into a positive, high-performing environment, and drive sustainable growth and profitability both within existing clients and by sourcing new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a master of people leadership, process excellence, and financial stewardship, with a deep understanding of the insurance and risk management landscape, particularly within South Africa’s large corporates.
