Job summary

Sagen Advisory is seeking an Administrator / Practice Administrator in Cape Town to provide comprehensive support in an accounting practice. This permanent position requires managing client onboarding, FICA compliance, and overall administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on compliance and client service. Office-based role with a monthly salary range of R15,000-R25,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in an accounting or professional services environment.
• Experience with FICA compliance and practice administration is essential.
• Candidates with clerkship or equivalent experience will be beneficial.
