Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The role focuses on managing project costs, budgets and financial reporting, with responsibilities spanning BOQs, tenders, valuations and payment certificates.

You will handle contracts, variations, claims and final accounts while liaising with clients, contractors and project teams. Ideal candidates hold a BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying with SACQSP registration and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying is required.
• SACQSP registration (Pr. QS) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction cost management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS software is required.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
