Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will shape strategy, budgets, and storytelling for client calls, acting as the strategic voice in decision making.

You will operate across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth, working remotely for clients in Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
