Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, and the narrative in client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, and ensure accurate conversion tracking. Remote work supported for Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns built and optimized.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media ownership across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; narrate numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
