• Performing manual testing and supporting automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Ensuring stability, security, and reliability of customer-facing apps and internal banking systems.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs or defects.
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and business analysts to triage and prioritize issues.
• Assessing risk before deploying changes to critical banking systems.
