Description

To facilitate the test effort's success by driving quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort. To act as a trusted / expert advisor and specialist resource that provides leadership in all quality engineering related activities, including providing guidance on opportunities to improve quality, approach, strategy etc

Responsibilities

• Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases for new or existing PPB applications and systems
• Performing manual testing and supporting automated testing frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Ensuring the stability, security, and reliability of customer-facing applications (mobile apps, online banking platforms) and internal banking systems
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs or defects
• Working closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to triage and prioritize issues
• Assessing the risk of deploying changes or updates to critical banking systems
