Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites applications for an Officer Education Training Development (ETD) role in the Western Cape / KZN. You will deliver technical and non-technical training, support on‑the‑job coaching, and ensure employees reach authorisation readiness in line with ETD standards.

The position requires 3 years in technical or non-technical training, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel between peaking sites. Housing and relocation are not specified.

Qualifications

• Area of specialization: To provide and deliver technical or non-technical training.
• Ensure employees are competent for on‑the‑job coaching and authorisation.
• Knowledge of ETD methodologies and Eskom operations.

Responsibilities

• Training delivery and facilitation of workgroups (Legislative/Hydro/Gas).
• Perform training and development assessments and evaluations.
• Apply current training technologies and methodologies for effective learning transfers.
• Ensure end-to-end Training Administration is concluded (SAP LSO).
• Customer liaison and communication.
• Facilitate, assess and moderate Hydro Power Plant Qualifications.
• Assist with Operating Training PCM Peer Reviews and Audits.

National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations – NQF Level 5/6

National N Diploma with Trade Certificate
