Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking a Manager Operating Shift to lead power station operating activities, ensuring continuous electricity generation in line with policies and legislative requirements. You will be accountable for safety, incident investigations, and budget control at Lethabo Power Station in the Free State.

The role requires 5 years of related experience with progression through supervisory levels, and an operating diploma.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations (Operating) at NQF 5 with 241 credits.
• Minimum 5 years related experience (2 years as Unit Controller post qualification, 2 years in a Supervisory position and 1 year as Senior Controller or similar technical exposure).
