Responsibilities

• Outage event schedule development, outage execution management, post-outage reporting, and outage warranty execution.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and applying it to policy/strategy.
• Understand key business drivers and how own work integrates with the wider team.
• Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance.
• Act as an individual contributor or early people leader and mentor teammates.
