Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• A relevant technical qualification (e.g., National Certificate in Engineering: Power Plant Operations, or similar) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating power generation equipment, preferably in a thermal, hydro, or renewable energy plant.
• Sound understanding of power plant operations, thermodynamics, and electrical principles.
