Qualifications

• 4+ years of field service or maintenance experience on power generation equipment (gas turbines, diesel generators).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of power generation equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and planned overhauls.
• Commission new equipment and ensure it operates to specifications.
• Respond to emergency service calls with rapid technical support.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide activities.
• Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed on site.
• Communicate with clients and provide service updates and explanations.
• Prepare detailed service reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to relay product performance and customer needs.
