The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field, 2–5 years of polymer processing experience, and hands-on knowledge of extrusion and injection molding equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in polymer processing or related area.
• Strong knowledge of polymer behavior, rheology and material science.
• Experience with extrusion and injection molding equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize polymer processing methods including extrusion and molding.
• Troubleshoot process issues to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate polymer formulations and parameters.
• Collaborate with R&D, production and quality teams on new product development.
• Operate and maintain processing equipment and monitor safety/regulatory compliance.
• Analyze process data and implement improvements.
