Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field.
• Proven experience with young children in a formal educational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the Polokwane area.
• Knowledge of child development theories and age-appropriate pedagogical approaches.
• Patience, empathy and a nurturing disposition are essential.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Background check and clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and ensure safety and well-being of children at all times.
