Placements24 is seeking an experienced Childcare Operations Supervisor to oversee the Polokwane center in Limpopo. The role focuses on managing daily operations, staff, policies, and compliance to deliver a safe, nurturing environment for children.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of six years in operations, including three in supervision, with a solid grasp of childcare safety and licensing standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of operational management experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of childcare operations, health and safety regulations, and licensing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Oversee and support the childcare staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all national and local childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols.
• Manage the center's resources, including supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and adequate.
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies to guarantee the well-being of all children and staff.
• Liaise with parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Support the implementation of educational programs by ensuring operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records related to operations, staffing, and safety.
