Job summary

Gauteng Provincial Government, Department of Health, is seeking a Podiatrist to assess and treat patients in both in- and out-patient settings in Gauteng, South Africa. The role requires a National Senior Certificate with a podiatry qualification and current HPCSA registration.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate/Matric Grade 12 with an appropriate podiatry qualification.
• Current HPCSA independent practitioner registration in Podiatry for 2026/2027.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and treatment of in and out-patients.
• Assist in department administrative activities, quality assurance and evidence-based programmes.
• Contribute positively towards the development and growth of the Podiatry Department.
• Participate in and contribute towards Professional departments programmes.
