Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios seeks an hands-on PMO Manager to run and co-ordinate its infrastructure delivery programme. You will maintain governance tight, keep the master schedule accurate, and inform stakeholders while leading a team and supporting project managers across a multi-disciplinary portfolio.

Responsibilities include governance, programme administration, gate controls, and risk assessment coordination with environmental, operational and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a project manager in the building environment.
• Strong governance, scheduling and portfolio coordination skills.
• PMP, CAPM or PCPM registration is an advantage.
• Code EB (08) driver’s licence and ability to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure delivery programme and governance, keeping master schedule accurate.
• Support project managers across a multi-disciplinary portfolio and ensure stakeholder communications.
• Manage documentation, gate controls and lessons learned to improve processes.
• Coordinate with environmental, operational and commercial teams on risk assessments.
