Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios is seeking a hands-on PMO Manager to run and co-ordinate its infrastructure delivery programme. You will keep governance tight, the master schedule accurate and every stakeholder informed, while leading a team and supporting project managers across a multi-disciplinary portfolio.

You will drive governance, manage risk and ensure delivery against targets, while collaborating with environmental, operational and commercial teams on project risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management or built environment qualification.
• 5 years' experience as a project manager in the building environment.
• PMP, CAPM or PCPM registration is advantageous.
• Code EB (08) driver's licence and ability to travel for site visits.
• Strong MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and coordinate infrastructure delivery programme.
• Maintain the Infrastructure Master Schedule and support gate reviews.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across the portfolio.
• Coach and appraise direct reports and support risk assessments.
