This hybrid role involves leading the maintenance department, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of all production machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing maintenance budgets, leading a team of technicians, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance strategies.
