You will design engaging experiences that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, observe progress, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive learning journey.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience implementing play-based learning methodologies.
• Strong understanding of early years child development.
• Excellent observation, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for creative and child-led learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a play-based curriculum aligned to children's needs.
• Create a stimulating, safe learning space that encourages exploration and curiosity.
