Conlog is seeking a Platform Development Lead to provide technical governance and ownership across software platforms. You will translate architectural vision into robust, secure software, collaborating with a Systems Architect and external partners to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

The role emphasizes API/microservices design, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on security, performance, and long-term platform evolution in a dynamic utilities environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior software developer, including 2+ years leading and mentoring technical staff.
• Track record delivering medium-to-large software projects spanning integration, development, maintenance, and full lifecycle support.
• Strong experience designing and building APIs and microservices with modern frameworks, including secure service-to-service integration.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and operational support of production systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern software architecture.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and governance across platform development and integration.
• Own platform knowledge and drive engineering standards and risk management.
• Lead external development partners to ensure architectural and quality standards are met.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term supportability of production systems.
• Develop technology roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Define and enforce software engineering standards and lead code/architecture reviews.
